These lightroom presets are designed to give you a great starting point for this type of an edit.
I never actually designed them to be “for sale” initially.
They were literally for my own personal use.
The way I like to edit is simply try on a few different presets first, all in the same style, but different tones.
This gives me ideas and inspiration, as well as a consistent look across all my images.

For this particular image, “Tokyo Rain” looked good but too strong, so I simply set it at 80% intensity:
